At Banarsi.shop, customer satisfaction is our priority. While we do not offer refunds, we do accept exchanges under certain conditions.

1. Exchange Eligibility

  • Items can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

  • Exchanges are accepted for incorrect, damaged, or size-related issues only.

3. Process

To request an exchange, contact us at info@banarsi.shop with your order number and issue details. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.

4. Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our end.

5. No Refunds

We do not offer refunds. If the product is unavailable for exchange, store credit will be issued.
